Faulty Goods

Faulty good can be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement. Please contact us before you return an item at info@yorkshirerunner.com providing pictures showing the fault. Where this is footwear we will ask for pictures showing the sole of both shoes. All footwear will naturally wear as they are used so this returns policy will not apply to those items which have worn out naturally through use. This policy only applies to situations where a fault has developed outside of the normally expected wear and tear period.

We will advise you on return of email on the next steps, where there is a fault we will ask you to return the item to the store address. Upon our receipt we will then refund, exchange or replace.

Unwanted Goods and exchange for other size

Where you there is no fault but you elect to return the item this should be done within 14 days of receipt. The item should be unused (In the case of footwear they should not have been worn outside). Prior to the return please contact us at info@yorkshirerunner.com providing pictures of the item you wish to return along with whether you would like an alternative product or refund. For unworn items, We will provide the return postal address and then once received issue the refund/ send out the replacement product.
